Villa Paulus is a high-quality villa for relaxation and tranquillity. The private beach and large plot provide a good setting to enjoy your holiday. The villa enjoys a quiet location with good transport links to Padasjoki.

Villa Paulus is set in rugged scenery. The villa's kitchen and living room offer stunning lake views with pine forests. The kitchen and living room are a single large space. The room can accommodate up to eight people and the square meters of the villa are 109 m2. The villa has a 2 * toilet, utility room / dressing room, three bedrooms and a living room / kitchen. Outside there is a large 55 m2 terrace with garden furniture and the beach also has a private terrace and a rowing boat.

In connection with the rental of the villa, a large wood-heated bath cube for about 6-8 people can be rented, where you can enjoy the warm water in the magnificent lake landscape. The rental of the bath cube includes a single filling of the bath cube with fresh water, firewood for heating and washing the cube after use. The bath cube is made of acid-resistant steel, so it is very hygienic to use.

The interior is elegant, cozy and luxurious with a touch of gold. Inspiration comes from the beautiful nature surrounding the villa. The villa has a new pine green kitchen with golden details. The shades of wood bring warmth to the interior. The kitchen and living room are equally large open spaces with high ceilings.

The living room and kitchen are divided by a large island, around which you can make food, have a buffet or enjoy a glass of wine. The living room / kitchen has a fireplace / baking oven.

The villa has three bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. New beds and beautiful wallpaper make the bedrooms comfortable. The bedrooms have a high room height.

The sauna has a wood-burning stove and gentle steam baths. From the sauna you can go out to the terrace to cool off.

The courtyard of the villa has a covered terrace and a new grill. The covered terrace has a large table for eight people. The villa has a "view terrace" from which you can admire the lake view. The plot is rugged and the stairs take you to your own pier. There is also a rowing boat.

The Padasjoki services are about three kilometres from the villa.

There are stairs and elevation differences in the yard of the villa, so going to the beach and pier, for example, restricts the movement of people with reduced mobility. We do not rent the villa for party use. This is a wonderful villa for relaxation, togetherness and tranquilliser.
