Prices and terms:
The villa will be available at 16:00 on the first day of the booking and will end at 12:00 on the last day of the booking. Rental prices include mandatory final cleaning.

When renting a villa, it is possible to rent a wood-heated bath cube, which is not included in the villa rental price. The weekend price of the Villa Paulus bath cube (approx. 6-7 people) is +170 € and 230 € per week. The weekend price for the Villa Paapuuri bath cube (approx. 8 people) is +190 € and 250 € per week.
The rental price of the bath cube includes a single filling with fresh water, firewood for heating and washing of the cube after use. The bath cube is made of acid-resistant steel, so it is very hygienic to use.
Rental prices include 10% VAT.
20% of the total price of the reservation will be charged as a booking fee, the final payment of 80% is due 28 days before the start of the booking. If the start of the booking is in less than 6 weeks, the entire booking will be charged 14 days after the booking. The reservation must be paid in full before handing over the keys. We do not rent our villas for party use. Our villas are great places to relax, get together and calm down.
Villa Paapuuri can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people (156m2, 3 bedrooms + sleeping alcove).
Villa Paulus can accommodate max 8 people (109m2, 3 bedrooms).
